BJJ enables the practitioner to defend without causing harm to himself or the opponent. For this reason, BJJ is safe to practice at any age in a realistic way.

Our Combat MMA Fight Club  you will have access to an authentic MMA program under the guidance of our remarkable instructors. The training is as real as it gets, but at the same time it is tailored according to your level and goal. No student is forced to “fight” or spar.
